I don't see lack of triple res, hp and chaos res an issue on that helmet. It has CBF. CBF is SIGNIFICANTLY more valuable than a little bit more resistance or life. CBF's sheer value is the reason Dream Fragment only has 3 mods. Imagine if Dream Fragment also had 50 life and +1 power charge, or something like that. It'd be insane. Armor is pretty garbage considering most deaths will be from elemental damage. Freeze immunity negates far more danger than 1000 armor. Furthermore, who cares about triple resists when your purity costs 8% less mana and gives +2 to its effect? The only downside to the helm is -100~ flat life, but big deal there for most builds. The helm is amazing. You can run 3 40% auras plus reduced mana gem and have like 60% mana reserved for 3 sweet auras (all 40, heck 30% auras would use even less) plus all of them get +2 to level. Id say this helm is friggin amazing for archers, get all your damage auras and iron reflexes (ofc if you dont use blood magic). Amaze balls helm. I agree with this post as well. This item is pretty sick. You sacrifice some health/ES and resists and gain the right to use more auras and make them more powerful, never get frozen.
