They deal the damage 'for you', and use your stats. It's the same with Totems. Heartbreaker is very nice from a flavour perspective, and the art is awesome. Props for the designer! However, I hope that was a particularly bad roll (FaceLicker, are the roll ranges on the wiki estimated?) because otherwise it is quite a bit on the weak side. Just got this beauty.. only 1% off perfect roll too.. linked it once on trade chat for showoff, got 25 and 30 exalts offers in less then 10 seconds, almost fell of my chair heh.
