The problem with chests is that if you make a build defining unique chest it either has to be mid/high level with good defences or low lvl ergo has low defences you're loosing lots of survivability. Hard to balance imo either make it lvl 40/50 + good defences but build starts working mid/late game or lvl 20 + and you will wonder if the ability is worth loosing lots of survivability.
