Can anyone confirm if they found a Unique with more than 0% quality? I notice several items go upwards of 20%, but were they found that way? Also, I'd appreciate if people could post their uniques without socketed gems. The gems construe the actual item requirements. This makes it easier for people to plan their Orb of Chance usage(since certain mods require a specific item level) as well as their character builds if they choose to do so. I'll attempt to re-post it minus the gem when I get the chance. Currently working, so not an option. Relatively certain it has no level req. I found that copy of Redbeak as is, with +13% quality.
