Remove xp penalty's from death

From my recollection, you've been arguing this entire time with the caveat that the death penalty should be reduced because there are unavoidable deaths. I'm asking, simply, what the penalty should be if that weren't a factor?

Please, list off everything that hasn't been giving an adequate response and I'll point to where it has been or give one. Tell me what we haven't addressed properly so I can then you can ignore it and say it's not a good response.
