A few simple questions, or perhaps not so simple since finding the answers to them, despite having invested considerable effort, has not been possible.
1. Is there a cap for how low, or negative, resistances can get when combining several penetration effects, like Elemental Weakness, Frostbite and Cold Penetration support gem?
2. At what resistance level does "Vulnerable to x" become part of a monster's tags?
Answers are much appreciated.

Something not mentioned here is that increased burning damage seems to work by increasing the tick rate. Righteous fire usually ticks once per second in self damage, with 60% increased burn from passives and 70% from a searing touch, it ticks in less than half a second. This may just be how it works with RF though...

DoT never "ticks", it is constant damage over period of time. only thing that is a tick of damage is firestorm via multiple hits in its duration.
Hi all!
Hope to find an answer here, thanks in advance for your consideration! :)
I was experimenting with my gear and faced an issue with Armor value calculation.
Here's the game screen:
My base Armor without any gear is 433.
When I put on chest with
+541 Armor
+43% increased armor
I see that total armor is 974, which is equal to (433+541).
But where's the +43% increased armor modifier? Why it's not taken into account?
When a value is shown in blue text, it means that the mods are already count.
For reference a majectic plate has an armour value of 378, and 378*1.43=541.
I recently linked Ice Shot/Added Chaos Damage/Weapon Elemental Damage/Faster Attacks.
My chaos damage is greater on my ice shot tool tip than on my gem tool tip. How is this possible if chaos damage is not considered an elemental damage type?
