Question about debuffs, specifically DoTs:

If an enemy is suffering from a DoT and I modify the amount of damage they take from that DoT (by cursing them to take more damage from DoTs or reducing resistances through Elemental Equilibrium), do I have to re-apply the DoT or is the damage automatically boosted?

Kind of important because I'm considering a Rightous Fire build that uses Leap Slam with added lightning and cold damage with Elemental Equilibrium. The idea is to jump at the enemies, give them -50 fire resists, then melt them with the RF fire aura. Would kind of be lame though if I had to jump at them, jump away, then jump at them again.
Assuming it works similar to vulnerability and elemental weakness/flammability do with burning,

It will only increase righteous fire (or any dot, including other burns) damage for as long as it is up. Meaning, it should be your "worst case". It will only amplify damage while the equilibrium is up.

On the positive side, it is a multiplicative bonus. And you could probably just stack the shit out of curses to get even more damage than you had planned with the leap slam as a bonus.

The biggest problem with RF is its terrible range.

I'm pretty sure things like that update dynamically without needing to reapply them. I'm extrapolating from some dev posts on other mechanics. I wish I remembered where I read this.

I think it was Mark mentioning something about Totems update with your stats without having to recast them, so I'm going to assume they worked that into Curses and degeneration effects.

I could be entirely misremembering this unfortunately so don't quote me yet.

A good way to test this would be with Puncture and Vulnerability against a cooperative human in PVP.

For a spell like freezing pulse, is 15% increased cold damage the exact same as 15% increased spell damage? Are they just added together if you have both?

Hi Guys

Would appreciate your help. Trying to work out what mods could potentially come up if I try to exalt this weapon - to see if it is worth the risk

I count 5. 3 physical damage suffixes, attack speed, and strength.
the acc is linked to a 3rd (actually second) physical, the attack speed is alone.

I'm looking for the base radius of a skill like curses or ice nova that have clear visuals. Trying to get a good visual representation of various amounts of radius.
