The only gem i think they could actually use is added cold damage.

hey just posting my progress so far.

i love the build. Current lvl 43 and is being awesome.. the first 30-35 lvls was kind of hard, and i needed to join groups for doing quest. But now is awesome can solo alot.

using the 2h sword and the boots from the OP.

great build ty =]

Hey, awesome build. It saved my witch more than once in hc.

Quick question: how usefull is minion instability? I never went and got it because there were always nodes I needed more and so far I haven't really had a need for it. Damage wise my three spectres (still working on midnight bargain) tear everything up with the help of flammability, and with MI all my meatshields would effectively lose about 33% of their hp (as they go pop when they drop below that, right?).

Add to that that my zombies pretty much never die anymore at only about 5k hp(while I saw numbers of over 15k in this thread) and it just seems like a wasted skill point, or am I missing something?

Minion instability is massive amounts of damage, I couldn't imagine playing a summoner without it. Between skeleton totems and zombies with 17k life most things don't live very long. Give it a try and you won't go back =)
MI is the only way I soloed some bosses *Piety I am looking at you*.
Hey Sheep,

I completely ripped this build. I am now lvl 70. Soloed merciless Piety both times. Was a breeze. I did my first map today. What a letdown. Got 2 vender yellows. The build works. I only have the boots this far so using 3 specters. Doing the docks I use the lightning guys from the Barracks. They are really quick and easy to get. I am using chain with them or LMP. At this point I dont even bother raising skellys most times. Just the nine minion and 3 spectres for the docks unless i get major fire dogs goin on.

PS when ya just cant stand having another Midnight bargin you can always throw it my way. lol
