Running the build, enjoying every sec - thanks for that, mate!

Can somebody estimate the amount of HP a Merciless act 3 tentacle specter can have? I'm debating if I should take the vitality aura (based on % of their life) or just to use the animation flasks to keep them alive?

I have just started to run vitality(i am 76 and running maps solo) and planning to try it with dual totems, 2nd being healing.
So far I am very impressed with the healing provided compared to constantly topping up with pots. Simply maneuvering around seem to heal my specters enough to have them at full health, but as far as health numbers, no idea sorry.

On a separate note, thank you to Blacksheepz for this post, this post helped me with my build a great deal.
I'm playing a similar build, found this just recently and got quite suprised seeing someone playing almost the same build with some difference.

One question with the "added x damage" gems. Since the fire gem converts Physical damage to fire damage, this will not increase my damage for projectile ranged spectres, right?
i just started a summoner (lvl 64 atm) with arc, althought my arc damage is pretty low i can aoe shock stack.(at least in 66 maps)
i have 52% (without crit) shock-chance and a 110% increased duration. (i m looking for a 20q added lightning damage)

I think i should remove this actually after reading more into it. Since you can't actually see your spectres damage(you can with added chaos damage), it's unclear what the spectres default DPS is, until GGG added it into the game. However going back to your questions it's unclear if it applies to all specter types.(minimal it might be)

Pretty much if you think you can survive when getting Eldritch Battery take it, but if you die heaps then i'd drop it. Getting the marauder start health nodes pretty much gives me the ability to run Eldritch Battery.

Double curses are truly amazing, running something like Temporal Chains + Enfeeble completely shutdowns an enemy. Health nodes are always going to be good pick. In your cause i would try to get more resistance at least 40+ in each.

My mistake it is 14 + add 1 for every totem is down with it also. That's why i remember it having 16 (14 skeletons + 2 totems).
Will update the guide in the following days regarding spectre builds, as they can very greatly.

Updated 2.1 and 2.4.
