[2.0] Terror's "Shatter Chuck Lite" Variant •• Barrage CoC •• 280k+ DPS •• Atziri w/ 5-Link

I've tried a few combos and here are my thoughts:

I don't like magma orb personally but I believe people have had some success using it with knockback.

My personal favourite combo right now is Arctic Breath and Ball Lightning. After casting, I move forward while surrounded by the ball lightning projectiles. Synergises very well with GMP. AB's chilled ground is great defensively and I even tried a 4L Discharge using hypothermia which was a lot of fun! Obliterates everything on screen that your CoC missed. Great for one or two shotting rares. Running AA and AB means you are constantly getting the damage benefit from hypothermia and the defence benefit with TC.

I opted out of Blood Dance and went with rare boots. CoI HoI linked with PM is not generating frenzy charges probably because HoI is not getting a chance to go off. I don't need the the more damage right now but I miss the life regeneration. Need to try HoT instead.

I don't use leech yet. Surgeon's flasks are my go to defense. LW out of dangerous situations.

I use Fireball and Arctic Breath for maps. Tough bosses and Atziri get EK, Glacial, FSurge/Arc.

Your Flasks (and Vaal Pact/Leech) are what sustains Righteous Fire. It is intended behavior that you die really fast if your flasks fall. This is why you should emulate my flask choices as closely as possible if you plan on using RF. There is no point on trying to rely on regeneration unless you have Acuities.

Ball Lightning and Magma Orb don't really appeal to me. They are slow and clunky, respectively. AB and FB are superior choices as they do equivalent damage but also increase in damage as mob pack size increases due to overlapping AoE. "Indoor" maps are a walk in the park because of this.
RF seems a bit painful right now. I'm gonna skip it. High rate degenerations are difficult to overcome without leech.

I might try it out later if I feel the need for more damage.

I have a few empty gem slots. Trying to figure what to use them for.

This build does not take mana nodes, so the CoD is pretty useless for it. Carcass is nice, but you'll have to find a way to generate power charges.
Many thanks for the great guide:)
I always planned to do CoC build but I thought its too expensive. I am curretly lvl 61 and its quite powerfull even without appropriate gear(actually I have very shitty gear). Shame is that I couldnt get GGGBB socket combo on my volls protector and I spent all my chromes in the process so I am using tabula rasa instead:D

Arctic breath + Fireball is awesome combo.
Btw. power charge on crit. is generating nice amount of charges, not as nice as voll's but better than nothing and at least its playable this way.

Leveling this one on a Scion and switched full-time to CoC in mid Act I Cruel. So far so good. For those looking for suggestions on spell setups not listed in the OP, my personal favorite is GMP - Arctic Breath - Arc. Arc hits first allowing for shock stacks before AB hits. Arc also chains naturally so you'll pick up mobs that are outside the fan of spells that get thrown out. Arctic Breath's cold and leaves ice trails, so it's naturally defensive with chill and freeze. All in all, I highly recommend that combo.

If you're using Arctic Breath + Arc, then may I suggest trying Cold Snap + Arc. Just try it.
For me, it's the safest spell combo that rivals Fireball + Arctic Breath in terms of Clear speed
Another update: using HoT with CoH and PM is working better than HoI since HoT hits the next pack that you run into. It's a tiny bit annoying to have to wait a couple of seconds for the curse to get applied.
Finally got a 6l chest for cheap that adds some survivability. However, it's corrupted and has only two green sockets so I can't use GMP. Alongside Arc, is Glacial Cascade a good option? I'm using firestorm but it's a bit unpredictable.
Btw guys, I'm trying to work up to a decent map level (78-80ish) to show off the build but haven't had any luck. They just dropped the info on the map changes (tiers, wtf?!) so it looks like they may be getting more common.
