If you are going Cyclone, you'll probably just head to Templar instead of Mara/Duelist. There's a few guides around for "Fakenir" type builds. Tom94 just released a 2 minute Atziri video of CoC Discharge you might want to check out.

The reason I asked about physical damage on the wand was for leech. I'm running 0.2% cold leech with Arctic Breath and Ice Spear since I don't want to gimp my damage by adding life leech to the CoC setup.

If the wand does high physical damage, maybe leech from the tree (near Shadow) combined with the cold leech will be sufficient? Just thinking out loud. Thoughts?

Leveling this one on a Scion and switched full-time to CoC in mid Act I Cruel. So far so good. For those looking for suggestions on spell setups not listed in the OP, my personal favorite is GMP - Arctic Breath - Arc. Arc hits first allowing for shock stacks before AB hits. Arc also chains naturally so you'll pick up mobs that are outside the fan of spells that get thrown out. Arctic Breath's cold and leaves ice trails, so it's naturally defensive with chill and freeze. All in all, I highly recommend that combo.

Bluu: Life Leech is not a wasted slot. In fact, the only way your 3 spell setup will trump [in damage] my 2 spell setup is if you incorporate shock with your third spell. The reason is that I can run Righteous Fire and Blood Rage to boost my damage considerably; more than a third spell gives. I also gain survivability and the ability to face-tank most things. You cannot run RF/BR without Life Leech (not easily/safely anyways.) Soon, I'll also have shock with my 2 spells, so it's basically a superior setup.

ConsPark: I'll back up this combo. I think the version I have listed in the OP is FP/Arc, but AB is just as good (if not better.)

JYC: Eh, I listed all desirable mods in the OP. Just work your way towards ideal stats on all your rares. If you are dying, increase health. If you are steady, increase crit mult/spell damage. What you need to upgrade is dependent on your situation. If you are going to run Atziri, 4.5k hp with Purity of Fire is recommended, as is Vaal Molten Shell ☼ Life Leech for the Trio. Damage is just estimated until I know the exact math on Barrage (Which will probably be never. GGG is adamant on not telling and it's impossible to figure out in game.)

Fair point. I didn't mean to say that LL was wasted. It's obviously important; I just didn't want to reduce my damage but I've realized this whole build is kinda ridiculous and bordering on broken. Yesterday, I ran my first Coward's Trial at level 59. Deathless. I know it's not Atziri but doing a map 8-9 levels higher with no issues is bonkers. I then ran 4-5 Crypts with a buddy who's farming cards but I easily held my own. One death came from being distracted by texting my wife. I've basically decided to get the passive skill points on merciless and then start mapping.

I was watching Mathil's CoC video and decided to try the CoH AM HoI HoT setup and while it's not as reliable as PCoC, I still get my charges up. This leaves me the option to run 3 spells or life leech. Currently, I'm running ConsPark's recommendation of Arc, AB and Fireball. If I drop Arc, I lose the ability to shock but I retain maximum use of GMP since the other two spells benefit from it. Do you agree? Which spell would you drop if you had to?

I don't run BR since I use a pair of +1 to all corruption Blood Dance boots. I get endurance charges from a self-cast EC. Dropped Maligaro's for Facebreakers at level 67 and sitting on 94% with 5 charges. Working my way towards some accuracy now.

Biggest concern for which I could use some advice: how do I increase my attack speed from the current 1.7? Passives? Jewels? I'm getting 15% from Rat's Nest but maybe I just need to find a high-speed wand?

I'm going to investigate the possibility of adding RF to this setup.

Yes, just the basic attack.

I couldn't get RF to work. Maybe my purity is too low level but I'm having to pot like crazy to keep my health from plummeting. Tried it with a RotF and a ruby flask which only slightly delays the inevitable.

I think the problem is my regeneration is too low. Tried a Seed as well but no joy.

What am I doing wrong?
