Content Update 1.3.0: Torment, Bloodlines and PvP!

ever thought that not everyone that want to grab amplify is a spellcaster? (extending the road to it with prestidigitation).

Dont sound exciting for me. The bloodline is perhaps a nice feature, but because of desync not playable for me, and Torment sounds like rampage not so interesting. I will give it a try.

And for me the whole work in pvp is useless.

So lets see.

i am a bit disapointed.

After Chris post yesterday i hope for some things like the strongboxes leages. THATS was a extremly funny feature.

I love how first 2-3 pages are hype thing, people being positive in general, and then something breaks, and people start to argue that "meh, this is no so good actually". :-D It is funny how this trend is kept ALWAYS, in EVERY single patch notes.

Very interesting update but how about returning the game into CIS Steam region? 1.3.0: Maybe time has come?
I will once again return briefly to see how the game is... however is there is as much lag as when I tried the other lag, I am sitting out once again.

Last league was horrid on so many levels... just fucking no. Enough.

I love Path of Exiles. Its an amazing game. It kicks D3 in the face. It kicks d2 in the face, and it kicks any arpg I have ever played in the face without contest... except for Desyncing. In this area I would rather go and play d2 some before I try to play in a Desyncing hell again.

Please. Please. Fix this a little. It wont ever go away I know that. Just work on it for bleep sakes.

Damn, 1.3 is gonna be huge. All of the new stuff sounds really good.

Both challenge leagues sound like something I want to see in the main game. Torment seems like the POE version of Treasure goblins, definitely a nice improvement. Bloodlines seems good too. Magic and rares monsters have always felt kind of impactless to me, so I think this is exactly what the game needs. I was hoping the HC challenge league would be something like Nemesis 2.0, so I'm hyped.

Totem pole for challenges is a huge improvement too. Previously you had nothing to show for your completed challenges if you didn't do all of them (or 5 of them in the last leegues), which I think really discouraged casual players like me to complete them. Now doing even one or two seems meaningful.

PVP master looks nice too, good way to get people to tip their toes in PVP. However I'm still concerned how poor players can compete with rich players, gear has so huge impact in this game. I think PVP should always be about player skill, not gear. Hopefully PVP gear crafting lets you to craft good gear for very small cost for PVP, otherwise most people are not gonna bother with it.

Lastly, marauder tree update HYPE. Hopefully this is not just small number adjustments. Marauder start needs some serious fixes to pathing. Anyway I'm glad that GGG realizes marauder tree isn't working right now.
