Patch 1.2.4 aka The Itemisation Overhaul

Direct trading of currency items has been disabled.

Drop rates of higher currency items have been greatly increased.

Drop rates of magical and rare items have been significantly reduced.

Vendor recipes have been completely reworked to ensure NPC vendors offer logical prices and sales.

Itemlevel is now visible on all items.

Currency usage now takes itemlevel into account when crafting, such that items always roll mods appropriate to the item's ilevel.

Unique items no longer drop in areas ten or more levels higher than their itemlevel.

Unique items are no longer bound by the itemlevel socket restrictions.

Hideouts may now be set to public, where anyone may right click a player's name in chat to access their hideout.

Players may now set up a vendor in their Hideout once they have a level 4 master. This vendor starts with one page, increasing by one per master level. Players may set buyout prices for items in the vendor, accept offers or auction items with a set duration and starting bid. Current highest bid will be listed, but not the player making it. This system replaces the planned web-based trading system.

The base item of the Infernal Mantle unique has been changed to Widowsilk Robe.

Drop Bears have been added to Fellshrine. Bone Rhoas were removed from the same area.

A trade tab has been added to the social window. It is to the right of the party tab.

Spells can now be seen when cast off-screen. That prevents invisible flameblasts triggering and damaging the player outside of their control.

Shock Nova now has the 'Far Shot' modifier instead of the dead centre.

Added an option to remove the Duelist's red shirt.

Added an option in the Audio tab to mute the Scion, separated from other dialogues.

Patch 1.3.3.7:

* We have successfully removed desync from the game and optimized both the netcode and game engine to run significantly more smoothly across all system configurations. -Added a scaling option to the chat window so it doesn't take up half of your 1080p screen.

-Switched the chat's font to something that's easily readable on with a wide range of font sizes.
-Guest monsters now fit better into the zones they appear in and some guest monsters have been removed from some zones
Funny how I would be pretty unhappy with pretty much every single gameplay suggestion in this thread x) Basically they can be summed up by the following sentence "make my characters better and remove challenge from the game" or "spoonfeed me succes in this game" -.-

The more technical suggestions are pretty decent though.
