Discharge Now Has a 1 second Cooldown per Charge Expelled.

Cast on Critical now only supports a single Spell Gem.

Righteous Fire damage now based on inherit skill gem damage and no longer base health.

New Vendor recipe: 10 chaos for 1 Exalted orb. Vendor chaos recipe removed from game.

Bleed damage now counts as Chaos Damage.

Shavronne's Wrappings Now only mitigates up to 25% of chaos damage from bypassing shields.

Belly of the Beast now gives max of 15% increased max life. Legacy version fixed to new state.

- When you log out of your client, your character no longer immediately logs out, but now remains in-place for 10 seconds first and then logs out.


Wouldn't piss everyone off, but the QQ from hardcore players would be oh so delicious.

- The Surgeon's prefix for flasks no longer spawns.
