Make a patch note that will piss everyone off.

-A new 10 second logout/exit delay has now been implemented and will count down unless in town or your hideout. Using the Alt+F4 'shortcut' will still result in the 10 second delay on the server side and all current instance actions will continue for both your character, NPCs, and monsters during those 10 seconds.

-rare items no longer drop.

Let's name some of the obvious

- Chaos dmg now bypass shavs.
- Crit dmg and critical multiplier have been removed from the game.
- All auras will have a 80% reservation.
- Max resistances are capped at 50%.
- Removed all iir and iiq mods from the game.

- Made xxx Easier

Spectral throw 100% base wep dmg.
