I cannot agree with you, about putting Determination above Grace+IR (for this build). Determination benefits, if you maxing armour, but while we got RotP =~300ar and f.e. Belly of the Beast =~650ar you are short of numbers atm. Also, good helmet for this build is Alpha's Howl - so if you not IR then 0 armour from head. 20lv Grace gives 2450? evasion, so it is usually as much as you gear armour on (300+650+ let’s say 3*500 for boots/gloves/helmet and +200belt =~2650). Assuming +200% armour nodes, Determination this way will give total =~11925, while Grace+IR =~15300 (extra armour and +2 aura lv if wearing Alpha's Howl =)). Yes, IR costs 5points, but I think (especially at hc mode) it's safer to have stable armour than count on flask.
My armour is almost 17k now after running grace. Heading to around 22k with fixing all passives and gear. I’m thinking to skip AA for Anger, because at ~80% reduction AA gives around extra 2% only.

True that RF isn't our main "source damage", but additional ~15/17k dps on boss fight is nice. I tried utilize other fire skill to fit our passives damage, but only Vaal Molten Shield are close base damage to (1735-2602, RF =~3000). Usually, for normal map mobs you will rarely forced to deal dmg by RF itself. This is substantial damage with low slot cost (2-3gems) and no breaking channeling, but on very close range. I'm swapping LMP to Slower Projectile for boss, it's 28% more damage but limits range.

Missing times, when Rf was dealing 100%... Armour/HP RF Marauders are retired, sadly...

The build is definitely still viable. I've just recently switched to Doon CuebiYari and Elreon jewelry, so my build is a bit different now, but I can post my gear from before and after the switch. The damage with Doon and Iron will is significantly higher than without, even though I don't have much strength from my gear yet; so it's looking like Doon/Iron Will + Elreon Jewelry is the best route to go. My only question is if it's better to go RF incinerate or dual incierate totem, because the builds are pretty similar.



My current skill tree at 86. I decided to get all the life nodes first, I'm going to get some block nodes next, and then some more jewel slots. I haven't decided if I'm going to get Iron Reflexes.

The items at the end, starting at the wand are what I used before switching to the Doon and the Elreon jewelry. I used either blood magic or mana leech(I prefered mana leech, not sure why no one else has mentioned it) to sustain incinerate before the Elreon jewelry.

Before I ran Arctic Armour and Purity of Fire, and now I have room for a third aura, which for now I'm trying out Vitality, but I'm considering Purity of Lightning or possibly getting an Alpha's Howl/Enlighten and dropping a CWDT gem to make room for a more expensive aura like grace or determination.

For anyone having trouble keeping their life up and having to spam potions I would recommend running warlord's mark and getting some life leech on your wand and/or belt or switching from blood magic to mana leech. Alternatively, you could get more regen from running vitality or using shaper's seed, but that probably wouldn't be as effective.

I haveto disagree with this, if you're going IW setup with doons ur best in slot helm is Black Sun Crest. And belly gives only like 700 hp more while you could get +2k armor chest with high str and life.

I was running purity of lightning, purity of fire and arctic armor with enlighten. I died to Corrupting blood yesterday while was watching a movie on other screen. :p

When i died on tempest, made few atziri runs at standard and ironwill doons setup can do it with ease.

The build is very viable with few changes. Just go elreon jewellery late game and iron will for massive damage boost.
What are people using for CWDT setups with this build now? I am still using the original, CWDT-Enduring Cry-Immortal Call-Increased duration but was wondering if there was somthing better that makes sense.

Can someone please tell me what Jewels RaizQT was using to level the latest RF Incinerate Spell Totem build he has now...

I saw Rain of Splinters gem which I put in the left side of the tree but was wondering what jewel he put in the space above it??

Also What is the best 4link for a Spell Totem Incinerate? SpellTotem>Incinerate>FasterProj>Faster Casting is what I did...I see he has Add Lightning Damage in his 5 link.
