Yeah, it is a lot easier to do with armour/es hybrid gloves, but I got lucky on mine.

I'm doing a build similar to this in Beyond. I came across this thread and saw that you kept your block low enough so that it's capped with Rumi's up and I realized that all I'm really using my Rumi's for is the armour and the spell block since I have like 60% block without it. Since I have my flask up almost every pack (20% reduced charges used on belt) I looked over my tree to see what I could save if I decided to soft cap my block instead. Holy shit, 16-19 points freed up. I wouldn't even know what to do with all these points. I could even buy a second Rumi's to be sure I have it all the time since I only need one life flask anyway with how tanky I am right now.

Yeah, unfortunately anything above the 75% block cap doesn't count towards the spell block conversion nor the spell damage from Cybil's, which would have let the build do 75% spell block. As you can see I'm using Doryani's and I consistently just plow through the entire map chaining Rumi's+Atziri's Promise durations.

The best thing to reinvest block points into after you reach the soft cap assuming you life/mana are where you need them is the other major synergy from dual Cybil's, which is cast speed. Not only does it obviously increase DPS, but it reduces Incinerate's ramp-up time dramatically increasing clear speeds and up time on bosses like Vaal and Atziri. That's on top of the most important part, which is increasing life gain/sec.

Thanks for the cold-to-fire idea you posted a while back - I've made an RF Incinerator that has just transitioned to 3 dragons using CTF and avatar of fire. Currently got a 5l and don't think I'll drop the money for a 6l, but as it is, the damage is enough to shock mostly everything shockable. Also Rumi's is another nice one I didn't really know about before you'd mentioned it.

Unfortunately, my drive for video capture kicked the bucket and I just haven't been motivated to get another one. However, incinerate's play style is fairly standard across all the builds with the only thing that is likely different with my build is the fact it uses Whirling Blades over Lightning Warp. So if you are curious to see how it plays then any of the more recent Incinerate builds videos out there will do.
