I don't think their damage should be nerfed(yes it does do a lot) but instead simply make it so they cannot turn and chase you with it. This would lead to a still very serious enemy if you are not paying attention as well as creating more positioning openings.

This is so true. Voidbearers are fine till you realize they just act like cheap SOB's and pivot... If this was fixed or if they had a cool down it would make it a more balanced monster or at the very least if they attacked a totem once and awhile instead of always going for player, there like the only creature in wraeclast that doesn't see decoy totems and will 90% of the time leave the totem alone and chase you.

Still I have to also concur that max resists and huge regen don't seem to really stop them and they seem to dsync slightly when they start their flamethrower attack so player initial hit doesn't hit usually and 1 second in your life is being BBQed in between this dsynced attack.

Also I'm a bit confused... if they deal 0 dmg to you... why do you need life-leech?

The problem with voidbearers is that they either kill you or do nothing to you at all. Basically all depends on Spellblock and Arctic Armor. High Spellblock with Tempest Shields kills them incredibly fast.

And yes... FP does not get owned by multiple projectile voidbearers since it isn't melee. But actually there is something good about voidbearers... since release the game has far more annoying enemies than them.

Can you even dodge/evade their attacks? Just noticed that my evasion ranger still gets instantly and always hit by these guys. It could be a reason because I only have 16% fire resist at the moment. Ranger is still not the best class to get max resists easily. ^^""

Get a shield, get spell block (40-50% works) and use tempest shield. Voidbearers will kill themselves. Or use Aegis Aurora with tempest shield and you'll learn to love Voidbearers because they'll kill themselves while keeping your ES healthy and full.

Best way to counter these guys is either spell block or Arctic armor.

my biggest problem with voidbearers is they all look the same, blue. a normal looks like a magic looks like a rare. there should be a clear indication for an enemy that can kill you in a second that it is in fact dangerous just by looking at it. You can't tell the super lethal voidbearers from the regular ones at a glance like you should be able to.

Toughen up.

Ya know, I'd hate to see all the people crying trying to play in onslaught league, you would cry your self to bed every night.
