Hey Tom, how do you get 93.7% crit chance for Barrage with the mirrored wand + shield version? I'm using a 32% crit wand with 2 Diamond Rings (2 diamond rings should equal out Acuity + Revelation) and I'm only at 80% crit with Barrage. Either way, your easiest improvement it probably your ring. You should try to at least get accuracy on it. If you can get dex, it will save you 2 skillpoints. For amulet you should get what is on the mirrored, just ignore phys. I don't think we'll be seeing a amulet created for this build. BIS would be Rune Medallion with flat ES instead of phys, but you can't just go ahead and create that. You would need a legacy onyx WITH already rolled legacy crit multi. For helm just try and upgrade to one with higher es, accuracy and focus on cold res.
