[1.2.4] SHATTER CHUCK - 3 MILLION SUSTAINABLE DPS (6.7 \W SHOCK & CURSE) - EASY UBER ATZIRI

I think you're misunderstanding my posts for arguments or something. Not at all. I fully agree you've gone through all the math, tested everything, and your build is completely optimized for the gear you have. Not questioning any of that.

But you have to understand that the vast majority of people playing this game won't have gear even remotely similar to yours. Most people can't afford a single mirrored item, let alone like 5. For me, I won't even have 1 void battery let alone 2. I'm going to have to liquidate about 90% of my account just to get the Shavs and the rest will be fairly ghetto. Believe me if a Solaris could get BBBGGG I'd use it to save currency.

So my posts are meant to take an awesome, fully optimized build like yours which I'm not questioning in any way, and make it viable for me to play on my budget. As far as ES and survivability, I'll have enough so I'm not worrying about that. The area I will be vastly short of your character is in damage.

So i'm really just trying to spit ball ideas to run RF all the time. Yes pots can do it reasonably well, but I personally have played characters that require this type of play style and I don't like it. I pick up all items, even scrolls, so for me to be potting constantly, it takes away from the enjoyment of the build.

So really, just IF POSSIBLE, I'm trying to figure out ways to sustain RF with as little flask use as possible. Once I get my gems and gear all set, I can equip the character and start going through the numbers. As of now, it's 100% theory crafting.

I'm not thinking you are criticizing my build, I'm just telling you that your ideas won't work. I also don't consider them theorycrafting if you are not doing maths or any sort of confirmations on them. You don't need to actually have gear to make calculations - especially regarding the fire resistance. There aren't really many options anyway. :p

Not wanting to use pots for RF is a fair point if you don't like playing with them up all the time, but keep in mind that when going the RF route (it IS possible when using Rise of the Phoenix, so you have that option, but you will still need high-level purity of fire and empower for that) you will not be able to do a lot of maps with RF simply because the mods make sustaining it too hard.

Lastly you say you don't even have gear to test stuff - are you certain you need the RF dps for maps? Your damage should still be decent... even a 10th of my DPS is still 200k which is more than most people have. Contrary to having RF up all the time, maybe you could also only pop it for bosses where the DPS is needed most like I do. I suspect you won't gain much from RF if you have to spend 12 points just to get Zealot's Oath and LGOH. You're probably better off just speccing into spell damage / crit if your gear is at such a low level

Any way to have work with a GGGRBB Shav? Or this only work with fire ball + fire pen for boss?
Thanks.

You can put Life Leech instead of Fire Penetration for reflect. Otherwise there isn't really another good option.

I sold like all my wealth on Rampage to afford a Shav's so every other slot has pretty ghetto items.

What are some good upgrades to get for a few ex? The item pool on Rampage is pretty mediocre. Like there are literally no amulets with over 40% crit multi.

Not sure if voidbringer is such a good idea due to the mana cost of skills...

On 50% regen maps it indeed becomes a problem but without the 50% regen mod voidbringers are absolutely no problem to be used from my experience. You are spending more life than you are regenerating, but generally you don't keep attacking long enough to run out of it. :)

Hey about the advice to fight the boss trio. Thank you. Your advice was very usefull. I have tryed that on other maps. Lv +74 and it has worked perfectly. I will tell you how it goes on my next Atziris run. VERY VERY VERY USEFUL. THANK YOU.
You should make a low budget version of this build ;p like a 5-10 exalt one ;p
