If you give me your Phys Dmg and DPS and Ele Dmg and DPS I would try to calculate exact values even with armour.
I think you can get +2% increased ES by grabing the Power charge at the top of three from the top instead of from below. So you'll be able to drop the duration node below the power charge node. But I think you have more experience in crit builds than I do so maybe the duration node is a better choice :)

You have a good eye on that! As you build up PC so quickly, I think 2% ES is better.

Nevertheless I would prefer dropping that 4% per PC node and getting Iron Grip.
With max 6 PC its 4*6=24% against 46% (230 STR/5)!

@Dolmax: Thanks for the advice, I had not thought about going up instead of down. In the end though, I think I would rather have longer lasting power charges than 2% ES as sometimes when mapping you have to wait for slowpokes, and losing your charges sucks :P.

@Aerinqq: That is a very nice jewel, and yes area damage works for boosting KB damage, however, I don't think it will boost your tooltip dps, but it should increase your effective dps while playing.

@Firnefex: You have to understand that the 24% is spell damage, which boosts my physical damage by 24% and also my elemental damage by 24% (and even chaos damage if you use that gem), while Iron Grip is only applied to physical damage. I did the test and took some screenshots, and sure enough, Iron Grip gave me around 2k less dps. I also took some screenshots if you wanted to calculate more stuff, it would hlep if you could calculate the values for 18% reflect maps (79+).

Trying out CWDT with IC linked with increased duration and vaal haste. Need to test a phys ref map, but it should handle it well, I get 0.7 second duration on IC and since both CWDt and IC are level 1 they proc a lot. 0.7 second should be enough to deal with most packs as KB does damage in a relativaly instantaneous way to multiple enemies.

That's a possibility. Personally, I am already starved for points, and I also have exactly 155 dex, which is what lvl 20 haste requires and is the highest dex requirement gem in the build. Talk about min maxing ;). If you can get dex and ES somewhere, you can definitely try it out, I' guessing those nodes will give you block, ES, resists?

Iron Grip: "...applies to Projectile Attacks as well as Melee Attacks", so it should definitely boost all damage dealt by your Wand and give you more DPS! If this isn't the case, then there is a bug or something...

Iron Grip : The increase to physical damage from strength applies to projectiles as well as melee attacks.

It phys damage from strength also applies to projectile damage. It only increases physical damage, it's not a bug.

The cooldown on IC doesn't cause much problem due to the nature of how KB works. I don't think it'S essential but it helps out.
