Extension of Legacy League

Last week we posted a Beta FAQ where we mentioned that we were planning to run some events between the end of the Legacy League and the full release of The Fall of Oriath. These events would be concurrent to its Beta and some would grant Beta keys. There has been overwhelming feedback that the community would like us to extend the Legacy Leagues during the Beta so that continuing to play Legacy characters and find Relics would be an additional option. We have decided to do so. Read More.

Solo Self-Found Statistics

In 2.6.0 we officially introduced support for Solo Self Found (SSF) in Path of Exile. In this mode, you can't party up with or trade with other players. Comparing the data we gather between the regular Legacy Leagues (that is with partying and trade enabled), and the SSF leagues has been particularly interesting. Last week we released Part One of our Damage Over Time Changes manifesto that discussed the new core Poison, Bleed and Ignite system that we'll be introducing in Beta of The Fall of Oriath. Part Two of this manifesto discusses how these changes will interact with various game mechanics and talk about some of the new mechanics we're introducing to improve damage growth and give investment options for characters. However, many players have requested improvements to its pathing so that your movement is less likely to be interrupted by obstacles in the terrain.
