Would actually significantly buff elemental spellcasters I think despite not changing their actual numbers at all.
It actually changes most leveling experiences, since just about everyone gets some incidental elemental damage as they go.

Don't worry i know ^^ Seeing how important ele resist reduction curses are, combined with the "free" 2% penetration we have on the tree it will be good. No more super solid goats or fire golems haha
