Am I the only one here wondering why this item has great stats and no drawback?

"Most drawbacks in this game are all opportunity costs, which is good. If everything gets true drawbacks it makes them less meaningful when they are actually used. The drawback on this item is it only has 4 mods, which probably has something to do with each mod having more of an impact than a mod from a rare/unique with 6 mods on it. I like it as a unique, its a nice unique that is very powerful for a build that makes use of all of its mods, but not powerful for a lot of builds out there if used frivolously. | |
