Massively Reveals: Tora, Master of the Hunt and Beyond League
" People who say this arent necessarily the same that whine, check my history for example, you wont find a single whine about the powerlvl of invaders. (except that some of them were too overnerfed). Lets just wait, I have some faith due to the fact that one can control it. And yes, people will whine, people always whine. Oblivious

So first impression is that we are to receive another challenge league were hardcore players are constantly forced to adjust their playstyle to pay more attention to avoid a possible "1 shot" scenario. Im sooooooooooooooooo excited, this worked soooooooooo well for Invasion. </sarcasm>
Buy the ticket, take the ride.

" Not so sure if its running out of ideas or them really wanting to implement an invade aspect into the game and trying out something different to see if people react better. For that matter they seem to have the next 2 expansions already planned out ,I hope they are more diverse myself. Oblivious Last edited by Disrupted#3096 on Aug 14, 2014, 7:53:41 PM

" but it did. many enjoyed it(I know I did ^^), and those who didn't went and cried and let everyone know about it, but dont think for a second that it's the majority. <3 invasion was a piece of art because I started playing hc after getting bored of ambush's ez loot. and saw the light in invasion (my first hc league) it reminded me of Dark Souls. I became a much better player thanks to it. And even the most hc players/streamers did. |

Definition of Beyond League
A league where all of the top players never enter a portal. Fun for people who ACTUALLY play the challenge part of the league though! Think its a bit crap that its optional though IGN: TitanVaolox

I'll be sticking to SC this time around. The HC leagues have been annoying as hell, and you spend most of the time tip toeing past monsters.
GGG listens to its fans!!! Thank you!

" Yeah, i agree. I love the rips to insane stuff for fun though. Giving the option to just skip all the content is kinda stupid though, because most people aiming for high ladder position will just laugh it off. Things you cant avoid are the best in HC i think, but well balanced IGN: TitanVaolox

I guess Rampage it is then for me. Nothing spectacular that really is drawing me to Beyond, but I'm sure others will have a great experience. Caveat that tho: if some of the challenges can only be done in Beyond I will have to venture in.
They have really made it difficult to choose which Hideout tileset to choose from, all looking very cool. I have a feeling I will be moving around a lot from Hideout to Hideout (depending on how easy it is to switch them out.) I am actually feeling pretty positive about the skilltree changes. Of course, a little worried about how the loss of the +maxres will play out. All in all, still very excited for FM. Get it started already!!! (Dying of boredom in Standard - no offense meant to those who play Standard.) |

" Well at the end of the day it's a game about making lots of things dead until loot pops out. Any new idea is going to seem pretty bland if you reduce it to its simplest terms. You're pretty much always going to have some new things to kill, or new ways to kill them, or new loot that pops out, or ideally all three. Keep in mind that in additional to the portals you've also got that whole Hidden Masters thing going on. Whether or not it's fun is in the execution.
