Man it's so hard for GGG to please everyone it seems. I'm not sure I've seen a game that has such an emotional fan base but I guess that speaks to the quality of the game. I think these changes are great, and now gives you an option to actually obtain a six link. It may still take long but now you know you can actually be guaranteed a 6 link and you can plan and save.

With the current pricing structure it still keeps some value of high end items while still making you feeling accomplished for making a 6 link item. I guess the only people I feel bad for are the ones that spent thousands of fusings in the past.

Chrome recipe is ludicrous. The cost of changing socket colour which is a REQUIREMENT for builds needs to be much lower.

Go ahead and say 'well then you shouldn't be using gear that requires hard to get colour combinations'. To that I say: Fuck off. Why would you want to be pigeon-holed into a certain character build purely because GGG says you shouldn't be able to have x colour gems in x armour piece. Why would you want to limit build choice of which is currently already fairly limited due to GGG nerfing anything remotely useful into a oblivion due to the 1% of characters who can afford gear to make the build OP.

You cant ask/post about making normal price for colours/links, only post about make harder and higher price for more lottos and better sellers.

This is a standar requirement, if you think is too high then goahead and waste 100 or 150 chromes lets see what you get.

Nobody is gonna force you, this craft system is an option to players that doesnt want to go throught RNG not to casual players that want an easy game requeriment

You are the problem. Ypu think that if we some people don't spend all the time in the game they don't deserve to use its features. You are the problem.


The costs are ridiculuous -about 30% more than buying a 6L in standart and insane amout of storage space. That is not how one makes crafting more accessible. Come on, just look on the Chrome costs, if at least 3 costs 285, how much at least 4 will cost? 2000? And still with RNG as you won't know other cosket colors untill you waste (and you will waste) all those chromes. That is no longer a currency sink, that is korean style grind slavery coupled with forcing players to buy storage space (blatanly so).


P.S. Mindbogling how some people think this is a RNG removal from crafting. WHERE?

All people complaining that a game from a company name Grinding Gear Games requires too much grinding for gear,are playing the wrong game.
I bet they had to heavily drug Chris to approve a change like this.

I don't think most people would even use the recipe, this is a problem that most people don't really run into and the builds that do run into it are typically ones that are supposed to be expensive anyways. Once you start on this line of argument that you are heading on you can then say why even bother having different coloured sockets in the game? why even have links? why not just pick our skills/support from a menu like d3? Socket colours and their interaction with attributes is a really well thought out system imo and an important part of the game.

And I would say that arguing that build options are limited is just plain bullshit and shows that you are one of these glass half empty forum dwellers. There are more builds now than ever before.

Some people doesnt understand that having a 6 link is not necesary to enjoy the game, to enjoy end game needs a time and needs currency. If you are not agree you can play Diablo 3 and enjoy an easy game which ends in 10 hours of gameplay because is too easy and casual.

To all of this: can we buy fusings and chromatics using chaos or alchemies (at a lesser rate than market) with the new vendors? It would be helpful to farm the currency without going insane.
