All of this will be on all leagues. The sole exception is that some of the new unique items will be league-specific, and Rampage and Beyond will both have some new unique mechanics that have not been announced yet.

...I did find something to be saddened about, though. Hideouts imply that the graphics guy will be busy for quite a while making hideout MTX, as opposed to the genderswap MTX I've been dreaming of since I first heard of this game. ;.; (oh well that's me searching for something to be down about, this expansion pack is gonna be flippin' sweet)

Last expansion the content was for all leagues, except for the specific mods for the challenge leagues (and challenge league specific uniques). So I think it's safe to say all of this stuff will be in standard/hardcore.

It would be cool if you could also give white items to the masters and have them alch the item for you but with you picking some of the kinds of stats you would like.

(Could give a wand to the assassin and choose Attack crit based or spell crit based, for example)
