this looks like d3. just... why? hideouts? craft masters? ugh. what's the point of having the crafting system in this game if you just add this kiddie garbage? why is this game so 3 steps forward... 2-10 steps back? le sigh. edit: i'll try to keep an open mind... but "masters" ('artisans') looking straight from the pile of shit known as diablow 3 doesn't seem appealing. I hope there is a way to really become an assassin, or be able to at least play like one, those magic shadows don't really catch my attention when comes to this, i always expected a character who can throw traps and dish out some damage over time or criticals effectively. I still don't get it why a skill that needs whatever weapon, let's say a bow, and then it's turned into a trap by the trap support gem, still need a bow to be thrown as a trap.
Poison arrow + trap, is just an enabled trap if you use a bow or that remote mine + trap + ranged totem + poison arrow trick, which isn't even funny. With mechanics like these, you are stuck with switching weapons or desecrate which requires a body to work. Viper Strike can be used with bows, daggers and swords, but that one doesn`t even become a trap at all, even though i like to apply it myself, it could be an option. All the announced changes on the next patch are awesome already, but assassin style needs some love in my opinion, if i'm guessing right it will come with this patch also! :D This is by far one of the most entertaining games around! |
