Idea dump from the PoE chat room i frequent:
A new npc, maybe one of the great karui peeps. A fucking timewarp where its the marauder exile from the future. A different skin for the playable marauder. A mercenary (hype included). |

Alright, my thoughts.
From the flasks, this is a low level character. That means this is a screenshot of Normal Act 1. Presumably, there's an Atziri-style zone under that staircase. Le Toucan Will Return
