The Void Arcer - CI Crit Arc Build - Many dps [updated for 1.3.0]

So im jsut starting a new character with this build, and had a few questions.
first: what auras do you use for this build, if any? right now im using a tabula so i dont have any resistences, but i have purity of elements with 15% quality on it that im goign to use when i level up. second: Maybe im crazy, but chaos inoc seems super bad, if your shield runs out you just straight up die, no getting around it, nothing can save you when you have 1 life. Third: heres my build, i could actually use some tips, only lvl 30 right now, still in normal right now, havnt even started act 3.

" 1. Clarity, Discipline, Purity of Lightning 2. Not being able to use health potions is one of the disadvantages, yes. You rely mainly on leech and sometimes on Vaal Discipline. Also your hp pool should be a lot highert than with a life version. 3. Don't have much time at the moment to really go into lvling tips. Just from a glance, using Spell Echo, Faster casting and Light Pen in your 6L instead of curse on hit setup and added lightning/cold would be a lot better dps wise, and would feel more fun to play. |

Seriously though, you get 3 power charges inherently, then you get 3 from the tree, 1 for helping Merciless Alira and 2 from Void Batteries. If you are feeling especially pro, you can corrupt your Void Batteries for possible 11 power charges. |
