HC is allot more then you losing your stuff of death, its about that everyone does that and the more stable economy that comes from it. If you play "simulated hc" while rest is playing sc you cant compete. This option is only valid if you plan to play solo selffound in the 1 month.

The only difference between HC and SC is that you loose all your stuff once you die. For me HC feels horrible, because i feel like i wasted a shit ton of my life. MY LIFE!!!
The problem with many HC players is, that they think, they will be viewed as bad players only because they play in a SC league. Which is total bullshit, as you might imagine. You can still have the same thrill of HC in SC. Trust me! I think it´s good that GGG try to relieve this stigma and also try to put this stupid HS vs SC to an end.

at the very least i'd like an explanation from GGG as to why they decided to make this 1 month league SC and not have a HC alternative like they always have in the past because from my PoV this is nothing more than a "screw you" to HC players.

Hardcore leagues offer a really distinct challenge that I feel is just lacking in Softcore leagues. That is what attracts me to them over Softcore. I am torn about playing this upcoming 1 month league because it is not Hardcore.

You clearly don't understand that some people (all HC players) don't have fun in this game without the risk of dieing and losing their character,without that my gameplay experience is so watered-down
I couldn't play SC leagues more then 5 minutes,for me there is no point
