No hardcore league? Wow, I like the idea of the whole League but without a hardcore version, it's really a waste not appealing to both type of players.

Will league specific items, that are only available as legacy now in standard (like Berek's Respite, Shavronne's Revelation, Voll's Devotionand so on), be able to drop in this league in the periods league mods are active?

I dont know if most of the HC players here know that most of PoE players are casuals and play only SC leagues. (yes I rest in scrubcore and i love it over there)
I knew from the beginning that the 1 month event will be softcore, because HC players are willed to play a SC league if they love the game although its no perma death but SC players (like me) would never touch a HC league, ==> 1 month rotting around in standart league or playing other games. All together that would result in about 20% of whole player base competing in the event.
Its a good decision from ggg to make it sc leagues!

you can simply make the league HC by deleting your char when you die
you say its not fair to compete with SC players? Immagine how gigantic an epeen becomes when you beat SC players in this mode

Which you don't, so that's great and I see no problem. Also this is a 1 month league, it's not like the economy will get destroyed.
