I have some tips for yha.

As a "runner" getting to dom ASAP can be done a bit faster if u follow some tricks.

When aproching a cornor of a area open your map if u see a area that has a pice missing ( the decayed falling down areas ) then this corrnor will not have the exit. U can see this on the map before u can see it on screen , this lets u take a right or a left to the other side and not have to check the room manualy and reducies back tracking.

Holes in walls can be leap slamed through.

When u get to the last level thare are only 2 places u can spawn , in the center thare is a area with no mobs . right when u get to the first door that leads to the mid area ( whare u find the sion ) use a run flask , then when u enter the end boss area use the secound charge ( it should last till u just get to dom ) if u time it right u can run this area very fast ( that has very little mobs to get flask charges ) U can run this area pretty fast if u time it right.

once u learn all the little tells that the area has for finding the exit it's pretty easy to run to dom from the ancor in about 30 secounds. Depending on map spawns this can be slightly faster or slower.

I always wondered, if most of your mana (say 90%) is taken up by auras and you use the distilled flask, will the 10% mana you have count as 100%/full mana?

Personally I have a dual display so having one client running on each monitor makes things a lot easier.

I also have my runner wearing Bron's Lithe using Leap Slam + Faster Attacks, as well as having the BrightBeak and Prismatic Edge weapons. The runner also has Cast on Death paired with Portal so a portal pops when they die. Usually I can get to the top in 30-60 seconds.

I don't have anything elaborate for my MF char, I don't even have culling. This is my gear and it's not great. Hopefully running Dominus some more will improve it :)

Yes if you only have 10% mana left by aura's, you can't regen any more so the flask effect will stop

If you're not culling with your second character... can they come in at the end of phase 1... stay until phase 2 start, then leave and not return?

Or do they have to return for the time of death to get double loot?

1) Kill first mini-bosses, then Dominus comes down - kill him.
2) Start second phase spawn by walking near his body > enter portal with your other character, the second Dom form spawns in ~8 seconds from killing first phase, you can leave with your culler when you hear the Dominus scream or a small frame freeze.
3) Leave Dom at <10% > cull.
