Regardless of whether they enter the economy, they'd reduce chaos demand, and send the economy to hell. The recipe would become more worthless than it already is.

Interesting proposal with such stipulations, but I'd say a minimum of ilvl 50, if not ilvl 49. Even a low level 6L that can be chaosed to highest possible tiers could create some economic havoc. On one hand, an abundance of well rolled low level 'luxury' 6Ls would put them closer to affordable for more players, which I don't view as a bad thing. On the other hand, if you were to come across such an item, it would do less to close the gap between good gear and godly gear. Even if I think the economic impact would be rather small, I'd have never donated to this game had they had such plans, and integrity is worth a lot to me. Couldn't really support it.
