another thing that i got is COC means tons of casting speed == in other words , you can never cast your spells this way as a normal caster ==good spell damage now rely on attack skills ==attack speed is more powerful than cast speed or can anybody tell me why we cast a spell rely on attack? |

My friend has been playing similar build with Wand (Barrage works with wand too) to get the high crit. This makes it more of a doable build since Windripper is insanely expensive.
However - Thing Chris forgots to mention is that if a mob has Thorns etc it will be very hard to survive with such a huge aoe. At level 95+ few fast deaths can kill a build^_^ Also, since the damage aspect takes alot of stat-slots from gear, its possible to say that there are better IIR builds around. Nevertheless - nice build! Best Cudez ps. as Charan already mentioned - would be nice to see some functional low cost builds. Maybe even some IIR builds^_^ Who Are We? Where do we come from?
