The Two-Week Race has Ended!

Take as long as you guys need to sort it out there is no rush. the race was amazing I had so much fun it is hard to say just how awesome it was with both invsion and ambush combined. and for the 1st place to be level 98 thats just insane Kudos to every one who took part and GGG for giving us this wicked experiance.

Its also great to hear they hit their target for funds raised which just goes to show the PoE comunity is one of the best on the planet.

Too bad we couldn't choose which league we wanted the characters moved to.

You wanted a hardcore char moved to softcore league?

What's wrong with that? Obviously it would be an issue going from softcore to hardcore but you go to softcore when you die anyway. I don't play invasion and still won't. If anything I care more about the currency and gear that will be going to waste.

Just want to say this race owned, I'm just dissapointed i had to go back to work. I work offshore so only got to play the first 2 days while at home. I attempted to play while offshore but died at level 42 due to desync and running 700+ lag hahaha. Awesome race fellas would be thrilled if you ran another one starting in say 9 days hint hint nudge nudge :)

Looking forward to next 4 month leagues and intro of strongboxes into hardcore and standard leagues, has this been confirmed yet

Anyways congrats to all that competed and supported the charity

Best race ever even tho i died to crash at lvl 70. Now i don't know what to do since ambush is softcore and invasion is borrng as hell lategame without boxes. Can we get another 2week like this?!?!?!
I want to say thank you to all the staff of GGG for making this great two-week race possible. It was really challenging participating as a solo self found character.

The idea of making charity an Integral part of an ARPG combined with nice prices and a fantastic two week experience shows what great vision is behind Path of Exile.

I hope you guys keep improving the game for many more years to come and I am eagerly anticipating new races or charity events like the one we experienced the last couple of weeks. This is actually the first game I donated money to, without having the feeling to have been robbed.

A big `Chapeau` from Switzerland!

had a blast, im not one of those hardcore leveling dudes, but i did play 3 chars 50+ (2 ripped to stupidity ^^) so i guess i would have reached about 70+ with little playtime, hope i win anything, doesnt matter what ^^
I still have no idea how this "one account per player" will be enforced.

Via IP? We played on one internet, hence we rent the flat.
Via Steam? Everyone played on his own account, so this one is fine.
Via machine? My girlfriend and used my machine via her account. (She does not have a laptop even, lol.)

Via... what?
Seriously tho. I have no idea/guess.

Yeah we were/are all kinda worried, because we all want to take part in the event.
Rules said: One account per person, and so did we play like that. But then again, I saw no indication how could I could prove this, like scanning ID cards? Or like making videos? Or what? Not like I/they would mind that either.

So... uhm... could anyone shed some light on this rule?
Or a way to "prove yourself" against it?

Thanks GGG or anyone who can clarify this.
GG guys
