Yeah, the build def has its setbacks but overall is extremely solid. It sucks when facing hard invaders/bosses that wipe out your weapons and I can imagine a lot of frustration if another elemental summoner were in your party.

Vaal Haste probably would be better and I've been meaning to try it but vaal skeletons can help against some of the harder bosses.

It also doesn't help that I don't have enough dex to run a high level one. I want to try it, though. Nugi lent me his while he was on his Molten Striker and I didn't have the dex to wear it though haha

Updated a bit, going to add in some things I want to test (6L gem options, Vaal auras other than Summon Skeletons, etc).

I think I might run Vaal Grace when it comes out. The Haste is great and all, but the Grace should help keep my minions alive just long enough to kill troublesome invaders.

Am trying this build out now, (just hit 33 and did piety). And i have to say its a whole lot of fun. Ive been leveling with lmp / ST but on the piety i just did i had saved up about 25-30 white weapons. Animated then and popped skeles on her. She was down before her first portal pick. Granted this is normal but still, the damage is there. The damage is real...

Nah. I use Vaal Grace now. It's kinda absurd.

One thing you might want to add to your leveling section is when you swapped from the ele buzzsaw recommended for leveling to animate weapon. Or maybe im just blind and it is posted somewhere.

What about a low-life version of this build? Any point in that? (besides the xtra auras you can run)

I've got this and been looking for either an Animator or Dominating Blow guide.

As far as I know there is no point in using Crown of Eyes in an Animator build, Dominating Blow might be good though. Look into something like Soul Taker Dominating Blow.

You don't even need minion nodes that much for Dominating Blow anyways.

As for when I switched out of Ele Buzzsaw... around 70ish. I just wanted to make sure I could run all my auras and had enough minion nodes to keep them alive. Will add to guide.
