even with the new skill, level-design and Minion AI still need an serious overhaul imho. Navigating in narrow mazes is a real nightmare as summoner, the new skill may be an nice workaround but is not a fix.


In that case, then even Smoke Mine wasn't a solution and yet ppl used it and were okay with it. I'd cut them some slack on AI issues. That stuff is pretty complicated. And I'm not sure what kind of level design change they could do to make minions have less pathing problems? No more narrow passages and doorways? That would result in indoor areas being no different from outdoor ones...

Thanks allot for listening to the Supporters/Players GGG. You missed out on £45 as i had to buy a new game :/. The new skill should make the summoner build close to perfect. I'll be 'resurrected' in 2 weeks to test it out.

Also 'snapshotting as a summoner'.

When i raised my own child with skills such as counting/reading.. I can change into any clothes and my child still knows how to count/read. If my child is in the kitchen/garden, It will still know the skills obviously until it dies.

So...

I'm 'raising' my zombie with 5 'supports/talents' it will learn 'booom' it now knows them.. I should be able to put my zombie gem anywhere 'including my pocket ;)' Just like we can with AG. If the zombie dies it looses all the supports/talents it was raised with. I don't see a problem here. We need the supports/clothes and a minion to do this. All are in the game ready. Thanks again

The same slot where you socketed Smoke Mine before, where else? If you didn't use smoke mine, then that means you don't really need this skill either...

I am not the only one. Putting a cooldown on smoke mine would break it for its intended purpose.


They aren't putting a cooldown on Smoke Mine. They're adding a completely new skill for summoners to use to call their minions. Your use of Smoke Mine was completely unaffected by the change in the skill mechanics and will be completely unaffected by the addition of this new skill as well.

Never ran smoke mine because I never had enough sockets.

I know was answering all the summoners saying no one else uses sm anyway, just put a cooldown on it.
