Good to know that a reconfiguration of the deflector phalanx solved the problem. Remember: Don't tamper with the inertial damper while flying.

Thanks for actually explaining what happened. Not all companies disclose incident reports. Working in IT, it's refreshing to see a company that does so. You made some hard decision but I think the right one for the game. |

Well, this gave me an idea. Why not introduce a real unique items or gems in game which are available only for very limited time (10 to 20 minutes) or in preset numbers of drops (between 1 and 10).
Some existing unique with a twist, like Kaom's Heart with sockets or E-shield or Evasion instead of Armor, or something else crazy like that, (existing gems just white or with no requirements or with some deterrent property like skill gem with attached blood magic or uses shield as fuel and not mana). Marked maybe with some different color like pink or silver. I think those items would be fun to have around, to make some unique builds or just as matter of lucky prestige. Those items do not need to be overpowered or even good, just as a flavor to this already great game. Let's see!?

I appreciate these detailed incident reports. Comes off as honest and genuine from a tech guy, not some damage control by a PR rep. +1 for GGG in that respect.

as i said earlier.... have a lOOK at some DEMOSCEENER! this will never happen if you got some really nerds in your team that are really prepared for stuff like that.
