Lightning Coil is running between 7c and 4ex
Alpha's Howl runs between 4-7ex (and is off color to boot)
The jewelry could easily cost up to a few exalts
The boots + gloves could run up to an exalt to buy/make those rolls
Really, only the 1h and the belt are "shitty" and the belt even has an insane life roll on it.

So we're looking at a "shitty gear" character, where all of that gear would cost ~15 exalts to build.

Sure this isn't "hundreds of exalts," but in a 4-month league, how is 15 exalts worth of gear even obtainable for someone who doesn't play the game 10 hours a day?

I've played almost every day for about 4 months, and I haven't even seen an exalted orb.

Because people complain about anything and everything these days, dont mind the haters, just appreciate what he achieved.

It's a 5L, for starters. Doubt many people thought Atziri would be beaten with anything short of 6. ( I'll actually bow to anyone who melee kills her with a 5L.) The one ring is Alt + regal its only 3 mods. The amulet is not anything special.

The belt is actually one of the best items. This build THRIVES on WED. The rings don't have it.

I have played on average 3 hours 19 minutes (poestatistics) since league started, and I have several exalts worth of gear. Making a shop -> lots of orbs.
