"I sure wish this item had reduced attribute requirements on it"

There wasn't enough sht items dropping so we got that. Add QQ about vision on low life and we got that other troll mod also.

Color me nobody. Playing round-and-brown classes like Scion, it can be useful on leveling gear if needing to equip pure attribute items, if I don't have an immediate passive point to pick up a +10 to attribute node. There's probably a build or two around that finds the mod handy during leveling for the same reason, even if it's just to get through the next gear check.
Hard to think of another use-case, though. |

It's a good affix in theory, but I think the items have requirements that are already pretty lenient so it ends up being useless.

"It would be 10x better if it affected gems socketed into the items, as well. |

" This x 1,000. |

Wait, it doesn't affect gems? No wonder I thought it wasn't bad.

Just one positive thing about it:
The higher the requirements, the more likely the colors of sockets will match them. If you lower the requirement, you make it easier to roll off-colours with chromatics. iE if you want to craft a perfect ES-Chest, you could roll alts on it until you get reduced requirements, then maybe spend 1000 instead of 5000 chromatics on it to get your RRRGGB, scour it and start crafting the real stats. 3.5 build: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2299519 Last edited by Peterlerock#5171 on Mar 12, 2014, 6:14:30 PM
