reduce mana cost of skill nodes are not important for 3rd aura right? only the ones which are called reduce mana reserved. ?

I'm currently using a really weak defensively version. I have Tabula going into my 60's and I just don't want to replace it yet.
I've noticed that people use Saffell's here a lot, but I'm scared to do so. I feel like I'm going to just get slaughtered with it on, although I'm still currently using Perandus. Should I pick up Saffell's? | |
" Saffell is not meant to be your main shield, it's only a shield you swap to when you fight magic heavy bosses like Atziri. Your main shield should be a shield with Life high block chance and resistances. | |
