[2.3] Shakk's Cyclone Build. A story about a man and his fists.

@Rullmihr
You need at least one mana reserve reduction node on the tree to be able to run 2x 60% reserve auras + 25% reserve tempest shield or herald of ash, along with level 20 reduced mana.
I don't know if level 21 corrupted reduced mana can help avoid those nodes.

Another question:
Do you suggest getting melee physical or attack speed near the Marauder?

As kolton said, the mana reserve nodes are to be able to run 2x 60% aura and a 25% aura.

I would prefer Melee Physical since I like hitting hard.

Hey, does passives like incrase melee dmg% gives some bonus to cyclone dmg/dps ?

Yes they do.

You would need a lv22 Reduced mana.
Here's where a +1 on boots could come in handy, but could be quite expensive.
is it viable to swap out one of the gems linked to cyclone for life leech?... i dont usually care to use flasks at all to heal lol

unless this build rarely gets hurt then i retract my question
Ah, that makes a lot of sense.

However why spend 2 nodes to get 4% reduced (and increased aura) when you can spend 1 node and get 7% reduced mana?

Well, probably yes, but you're still going to need anti-bleeding flasks so why not carry them anyway?

Also doing -50% regen maps or no regen without flasks would be way too annoying to do without flasks.

Reduced mana is not the same as Reduced Mana Reserved.
Running this build in rampage and liking it a lot, although I need some upgrades.

Spoiler

I'm a level 73 by the way, I don't really know what I should upgrade next but i'm thinking of trying to get a 6 socket chestplate or something.

Well.. you do need a shield that isn't a Saffell, else you'll fall over to physical damage eventually.
Finally got around to update the screens of my stats to reflect 1.2 stats, as well as the requirements of the build as I had worded it weirdly and it sounded like Aegis was a must.
Hey,

I would like to add something with culling strike + item rarity + something else ...

So maybe i would use a 4 linked item for this. And then i use Lightning warp without Faster Casting or reduced duration.

But which skills shall i use?

Totems would be nice maybe?

What do u think??

great build btw : )

While I don't recommend using this build as a MF character, since there's so many other builds that are better for that.
But if you insist, there's only 4 more abilities that work with Facebreakers, however Infernal Blow and Frenzy are probably the better ones.

Totems would slow you down unless you linked them to CWDT, so it's probably better to not use them. By the time you cast a totem the monsters could all be dead, and with no passives to get higher damage, they would do pityful damage.
