GGG also unban that user was definitely botting, what is the reason? did he tell that he was hacked? hacked since december? @:) farming library everyday having accounts on RMT websites. I find this really unfair. Looks like GGG is very soft againts bots but when it comes to nerf items, they are so quick at that.

What did he say? "I swear some is trying to set me up since 2005 and that the account got positive reviews on RMT sites for buying currency in PoE is a pure coincidence"

Last time visited this site was almost 1 month ago(2 days missing)
To me he looks like a typical "luser"

I wouldn't wonder if he uses the same password everywhere.


What really funny is that my secondary race account has got only 8 achievements less than him.
And there are obvious RMT traders in SC<->HC, who have got like 7-8 achievments total.

And really my race accounts don't even got achievements like "Join a public party"

In addition to currencies, botting give XP too. To reach lvl 92, a fair player need to play maps 74-77, it has a cost. Botting in The Library to get the same XP has no cost.

The guy we are talking about has been banned less than 2 days... Not very convincing as fight against botting and RMT.

He has 8h botting phases and obvious 16h botting phases it's hard to believe somebody can play 16h straight for months.
Also he doesn't do it for exp. He is botting for items.
He commits several suicides before he starts to bot you can clearly see him losing 12 Million exp before he goes botting and his bot usually dies 1-2 times within 2 weeks.

+1 for bots & RMTers. Eventually this problem will become so big, that more and more people will want a SFL. GGG will realize that an ARPG where trading totally dominates everything else is a failure (D3 already proved this, but oh well, GGG needs to do their own mistakes) and only then this game will really shine.

I support SFL but botting actually would accelerate in such a league to get to the top. Think about it. Even most dedicated player can't compete with a personnel bot running 24/7 to get all currency you need to 6 link things and make uber items not to mention exp timer always running.

Bots will be huge in d3 RoS too.

GGG is doing the best they can I'm sure. Why would they lie about it? They have alot at stake. If anyone on here really knew how to solve the problem I'm sure they'd be rich.

GGG is doing actually things to prevent bottign, they jsut remove Item quantity so the bots find less stuff

Nice point :) i think the same about iiq. No need for that mechanics. Bots obviously will be availabe for maps, this is the scary part, so they can farm uniques there.

they are either so stupid or so condifent they wont get caught that they openly admit it. and ofc there are retards who whispered that guy and bought eternal(s) from him thus supporting this kind of activity
