Of course it did. If it didn't, the DPS number would not be accurate, as it won't be Damage per Second, it would be Damage Per Second, Maybe.
Disregarding the things it actually doesn't take into account, therefore not making it an accurate number anyway (multiple projectiles, multiple hits per projectile, explosion/AOE damage, enemy resistance/armor, etc.). So it already is "Damage Per Second, Maybe" ;)

true, but the equation for the dps on something like spectral throw would be insane. maybe one day haha.

My entire skills have lost 90 percent dps for no reason at all I have not changed or touched a thing it happened while battling a t15 map I got killed and though strange came out and checked my skills every one lost 90 percent dps I'm level 88 with this character put in over 500 hours on all characters total and now my sorceror is completely unplayable
