One Week Nemesis Race Infographic
I'm surprised that cruel sceptre of god lvl 2 was so deadly, i breeze through there these days and have more trouble elsewhere.
I didn't use IR though, i did use RT. Ended with a lvl 81 scion, heavy striker leap slammer from start till end. You guys do have to fix the drop rates of the maps in the next one week race though. It's frustrating doing maps all day and not getting a single drop meaning you get behind in the race. Last edited by Ahskay#6175 on Jan 14, 2014, 4:19:03 AM

" Yup. There is no reason not to take IR if you took US, but there are many reason not to take US, if you took IR. Anticipation slowly dissipates...

Oh my! I usually spend 5 minutes every morning reading Chris' daily post at work. Today I wasted almost 1h30 :-/ Very interesting discussions and comments. PoE community is just awesome.

tldr;
Nerf Scion (starting area is too good). Nerf Spectral Throw (no need for melee skills anymore). Nerf IR (OP for far too long). Move MoM if you want. Rest is fine. Call it a day. Check stats of other leagues before making changes (I hope you've got this kind of data reasonably accessible internally for the main leagues). Some say buff other classes; IMO other classes are fine. Game will never be perfectly balanced. Thanks for the great game GGG. Looking forward to next patch:) Last edited by valtherion#7939 on Jan 14, 2014, 4:47:16 AM

Love seeing such infographic like this! Please keep doing this in the future for other races and leagues.
Very good work Thanks GGG |

it prove that bloodmagic is a keystone people use a lot, it also prove GGG likes PowerPoint type presentations.
Also 90 in one weeks show that this game is too easy for hardcore gamers Forum pvp

Oh, and as a lot of people said: PHYSICAL SPELLS OMG! They make IR taking too convenient along with worse gear etc., as is hard to make a non-armour based character with high enough HP pool, in a 1-week, to not die to these.
Specially evangelists come usually in hordes which means a big burst damage which will melt your character HP unless you can mitigate it. I made an ele-wander witch for the 1-week w/o grace but using IR (and es/eva gear), and I can say the burst damage I took from having someone in a party with grace vs. non having grace was huge at lvl 66+ zones (maps). OFC if party had grace/det it was a joke (15k armour with shitty gear lolz!). Without auras, only after switching to Nemesis and a bit better gear I can get around 4.5k armour. Obviously IR will be picked a lot in a 1-week, it basically means you ignore white mobs or you die to them. Also physical spells concept should be looked at. |

" I agree with this. It's too easy once you learn the metagame, and doesn't take long to level a character at all IMO. There is a tough learning curve for newcomers that's all. Anyone play D2 recently? Could you get to 90 similarly in a week? |
