I'd love a summon skill that great one giant thrall like brutus that constantly absorb enemy corpses to keep itself alive, with constant health depletion but a "devouring totem" like permanently affecting it. A Flesh/Bone golem or such.

Yes, a Cast on Death change is highly likely.

Cool. Hope they have long duration like zombies, and not short duration like skeleton, so I can use another spells (like chains) with. But well, maybe chains will be useless with it :)

Cast on Melee Kill < Cast on Crit. after recent CoCS change now we have weird situation where 'melee kill' that is an event rarer than 'crit' procs LESS often than 'crit'. are you considering changing CoMK? I suggested elsewhere : 100% cast, MORE cast dmg with levels (1-20%). it might sound powerful but it still is way worse than CoCS and can proc only once per mob ever.

new skill does not look like summoner skill :/ and Animate Guardian also looked cool but ended well.. in a dustbin (or Cast on Death with several uniques but i hope it wasnt intended)

I'm assuming this is a fire based minion, does this mean its damage will scale with fire damage passives?

Thanks, Qarl. Was a bit surprised you guys didn't hotfix that but I'm assuming it's not something easy to do and way beyond my technical understandings. I really hope snapshotting in general does not get taken out as well, though.
