Afaik the main things that boost the chances are:

- Eternalling the tricorne (though the tricorne must be worn no matter what, unless in coward's trail)

- Running 3 circles around the waypoint after entering a new instance

- Typing #Jabberjawsyoloswag in global chat at the start of each new instance

- Carrying a stack of feathers as you farm

no, you are the one ignoring the argument, explain yourself about that, you need to, you are the one claiming those as fact. YOU have the burden of proof because YOU claim those are the ingredient to drop the rod.

YOU have the burden of proof, please explain those. If you can tm you can t be serious about anything else and therefore you are trolling.

You've changed the argument to something that simply can't be proven, ie whether something boosts rng or alters chances. What I stated is something that can and will be proven in time as being a simple fact; you didn't (and couldn't have) get the rod from Merveil without a tricorne. That was a demonstrably false claim on your part. The other stuff can't be proven one way or another so I'm not even going to bother, but the part about the tricorne bothers me because your lies will prevent people from even having the possibility of finding rods.

If you read correctly what MonstaMunch wrote, you'll find that the only real claim is that you have to wear the tricorne or to be in Cowards Trial (because of the unrestricted drops there).
The rest are things which might boost the chances of a rod dropping.

"When debating any issue, there is an implicit burden of proof on the person asserting a claim. An argument from ignorance occurs when either a proposition is assumed to be true because it has not yet been proved false or a proposition is assumed to be false because it has not yet been proved true."

Nope, you did not prove anything.

-Did you make a video showing how typing jibawaba in chat work on the rods?

-Did you made a video even showing how a tricorn favorise the rod drop?

-did you made a video showing running 3 time in circle are growing the chance to get the rod?

YOU CLAIM all this, YOU HAVE THE BURDEN OF PROOF, yet when people tell you it is rng drop (RNG exist in the game, the dev have created it, there is no need to prove that drops are rng based in this game), you tell them they lie and have no proof?

YOU CLAIM you have the solution to drop it yet you can t prove it yourself with anything

Make a video proving jigawaba in global make the rod drop first.

actually just tell us how you came to conclude writing this would raise the chance to drop the rod?

HOW DO YOU KNOW THIS? PROOVE IT or just stop lying to people.

Edit: Removed. You're just being silly now. You can see that the only claim I'm making is that you lied, and that the rod cannot and will not be found under the circumstances you described. Not even worth debating. If people want to believe you then it's their loss.

So, I asked a simple question:

How do you know typing this sentence in global raise the chance to drop the rod?

YOU answer by running away from the thead....
YOU just run, you bring no proof.

Case closed, you lie about those and can t prove anything you claim.

YOU have the burden of proof when you claim things.

HOW do you know writing this in global raise the chance to drop the rod?

Why you tell people to run 3 time in circle to raise the chance for the rod?

HOW do you know this raise the chance for the rod?

Why do you tell people to spend currency on imprint and how did you conclude this would help ?

How can we believe you when you refuse to prove your claim.

YOU have the burden of proof when you claim things.

So prove that you got the rod from Merveil without a tricorne..... I know you can't, because I know you're lying. You also know that I know you're lying, but you can't work out how I know. That is what has you so upset over this whole thing....

Because it pissed me off when he was asking people to spend currency on his bullshit.

my hunch is you need either a certain combination, or certain levels (or both) of masters for krillson to be able to appear. when you talk to each master, their dialogue hints at who they feel favorable and unfavorable towards, so maybe youre supposed to invite the right combination of masters into your hideout... what were your's?

When I found him he was in the very center of a plateau map, the bit that has sea on both sides, he was right in the middle with his fishing hole. I think he can only appear when you're near the sea.
