also, why don't we throw in a Wheel of the Stormsail as a requirement as well? it has an "ocean" theme to it. :) in fact, it's official, "Wheel of the Stormsail" will also increase your chances of a rod drop :). And then explain how they do drop...because of right now, the fairgraves tricorn is the only thing we have to go by right now along with cowaaards trial.
