Steam Christmas Headdresses

So, since a lot of people probably don't know yet, Steam is doing their Christmas sales again, and as such, a badge for this holiday has been made.

Basically, you can earn a Headdress for PoE by crafting this badge. Crafting one normal badge(this can be done infinitely from what I'm understanding), gives you a headdress per craft and crafting a foil badge gives you 5 headdresses.

Keep in mind though, that it isn't guaranteed to get PoE headdresses from what I'm understand, since this event gives other items for other free games, like TF2. You also require Steam for this I guess.

Read more: http://store.steampowered.com/promotion/snowglobefaq, so you can know how to get trading cards to craft a badge.

Edit: forgot to mention that you do not need to buy trading cards to get this. You can simply purchase the Headdress through Steam's Market, and as it is, the pricing for the headdresses is much cheaper than buying cards.

Edit 2: All known masks thus far.

/facedesk.

Steam pushing these retarded cards that nobody gives a single shit about. Why do they have to be so RNG based? You're not even guaranteed to get something for the game you play? Like.... wut?

GGG stahp. Seriously, would rather get them for actually playing the game, and get specific ones, instead of possibly getting some random crap for some awful game like almost every other game there.

they are marketable, so is easier to buy them in the market than craft them, right now the turquiose one (the common one)is 1.1 usd. i asume that next week they are going to be alot cheaper.

i want the lavender one

Yeah, that's true, forgot to put in the OP. If you just want the headdress, it's much cheaper to buy them instead of buying the cards.

Still confused about the trading cards, but I'll check it out.
Well, that finally pushed me to use Steam Market.
And after 15 mins of selling cards and old TF2 items, i had 5$ to spend on PoE headdresses. Guess it's not as bad as I thought.

You basically need to form a badge. In order to do this, you need to gather 10 cards for this specific badge. After having the 10 cards, the badge is formed automatically, when then gives you an item, but it's better if you buy the headdress instead of cards because I am not aware if you can chose what game you want when Steam crafts the item.

Random gear but just to show the Golden Imp Mask
(paid 1.38€ on marketplace which probably was lucky as hell).
And when you gaze long into an abyss the abyss also gazes into you.
wait a month or so, the marketplace price will drop
merp merp
